Falling down is the nature’s way of supplying blood to the brain.  A person get fits whenever there is less blood flow to the brain (Oxygen supply). In this situation, on lookers should never crowd around the person who got fit and fallen down that will certainly reduce the supply of oxygen to the patient.
Bystander should ensure that the patience should not be injured and immediately turn his face to one side so that the tongue will not fall back and will not lead to obstruction to air passage and put the spoon or any cloth between upper and lower teeth so that he does not bite his tongue.
Last but not the least call the Doctor or take him to nearest hospital so that further course of action can be taken on time.

Blink for better Vision and healthier eyes : Blinking is an essential function of the eye that helps spread tears across and removes irritants such as dust and germs from the surface of the cornea and conjunctiva. Frequent and gentle blinking is essential for maintaining healthy eyes and optimal vision because it allows eyelids to keep eyes coated with beneficial layers of tears: Normally, a person blinks 12-15 times per minute. When we read, watch TV or look at the computer screen we blink up to 60% less. Infrequent blinking may cause eye strain, fatigue and even some unpleasant dry eye symptoms.

Any disorder of metabolism causing excessive thirst & production of large volumes of urine is called as Diabetes, there are 2 types of diabetes: 1) Diabetes Insipidus: It is a rare metabolic disorder in which patient produces large quantities of diluted urine & is constantly thirsty. This is due to deficiency of Pituitary hormone called ADH or Vasopressin. Treatment is administration of this hormone.  2) Diabetes Mellitus: A disorder of carbohydrate metabolism in which sugars of the body are not oxidized to produce energy due to of pancreatic hormone Insulin.
