Prevention of Atherosclerosis: Atherosclerosis is closely tied to hypertension, high cholesterol, high triglyceride, obesity, as well as diabetes. Ø   Take regular medication if you have hypertension or Diabetes.

Common cause of bad breath is the growth of pathogenic bacteria that grow on the impacted food debris. lack of water intake causing dry mouth, smoking and poor dental hygiene. Prevention is by rinsing the mouth after meals, brushing twice a day, tongue scraping after brushing, keeping hydrated with water, in some cases using mouth wash. Even after all these measures the problem persists, consult a dentist for some pathological cause like periodontal disease.
