Health hazards of Noise

 Health effect of noise can be divided into auditory and non-auditory. Auditory effect of noise is noise induced hearing loss, which is painless, progressive, permanent but preventable. Other effect can be temporary loss of hearing ringing sensation in hear. Non-Auditory effect of noise can be physiological, like raised pulse rate, raised blood pressure, disturbed bowel pattern and change in breathing pattern. Psychological effect like annoyance, anxiety, stress, sleeps disturbances etc.
As mentioned the auditory effects of noise are preventable, always carrying a pair of earplugs with you in your pocket and use them whenever you visit such places.

Bad breath and its prevention: Bad breath or in medical terms Halitosis, is a common condition and can be knowingly or unknowingly a cause of embarrassment. Common cause of bad breath is the growth of pathogenic bacteria that grow on the impacted food debris. lack of water intake causing dry mouth, smoking and poor dental hygiene. Prevention is by rinsing the mouth after meals, brushing twice a day, tongue scraping after brushing, keeping hydrated with water, in some cases using mouth wash. One should develop a healthy lifestyle that includes a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables , regular physical activities reduce weight if overweight, quit smoking and limit the intake of alcohol.
